Abbreviations (US Terms)

ch – Chain
sl st – Slip stitch
sc – Single crochet
hdc – Half double crochet
dc – Double crochet
spike – Spike stitch (description below)
blo – Back loop only
3lo – Third loop only (description below)
Spike stitch (spike) – A spike stitch is nothing else than a longer single crochet spikmaska. I.e. the single crochet is not done in the usual stitch on the last round but instead in a stitch on a previous round.

Third loop only (3lo) – Crocheting in the third loop only means that the stitch being made shiuld be made in the third loop instead of the ordinary loops. The image below show where to find the third loop.
When crocheting in the third loop you will get a lovely chain texture on the front of your work.

Hallo . If I want to make the Summer bag a little bigger , with how many stitches do I have to increase? THANK YOU.

Hi there! Yo can add any multiple of 20 chains on your starting chain to make the bag wider. I would recommend to try with 40 extra chains. Then the zigzag pattern will still be symmetrical 😊
