Feeling of Spring CAL – Part 4, row 39 – 55

del4It’s time for part 4 in our crochet along. We have already crocheted flowers so now I feel it’s time to add some leaves to the table runner. A branch with tiny spring leaves!

This part might seem difficult but read the text carefully and look at images and diagrams and I’m sure it will be alright.

For links to previous parts, information about materials and colors, please see the introduction and material post.

General

  • Turn your work after each row. When you crochet odd rows you have the right side of the work facing you and when you crochet even rows you have the wrong side facing you.
  • The first chain or chains on each round does not count as a stitch.
  • Join the round with a sl st in the first st of the round if nothing else is described.
  • Crochet through both loops of a stitch if nothing else is described.
  • Crochet first and last stitch on rows crocheted in blo or flo through both loops to get more stable edges.
  • Remember to check your stitch cound now and then. There are always 85 stitched on rows containing one stitch type only.
  • Images are shown from the right side of the work if nothing else is described.
