Höstfägring (Autumn Garden) CAL – Part 5, row 93 – 117

Time for part 5 of Höstfägring (Autumn Garden) CAL.We will now start to crochet in a different way than in the previous parts to form our shawl as a triangel. From now on we will only crochet on one side of the ch-2 that before was in the middle of each row. The rows will be shorter and shorter.

Abbreviations (US Terms)

st-	Stitch	dc –	Double crochet
ch –	Chain	sk –	skip
ch-2 –	Chain containing 2 stitches	vst-	v-stitch (see description below)
sc –	Single crochet	dc2tog –	Double crochet 2 together (see description below)
hdc –	Half double crochet

Special stitches

v-stitch (vst): A v-stitch is two double crochet woth a chain in between them. Both double crochet are worked in the same stitch and will then form a v.

When working into a v-stitch you crochet around the chain in the middle of the stitch.

Double crochet 2 together (dc2tog): Yarn over, insert hook in first st, pull up a loop (3 loops on hook), yarn over, pull through 2 loops. Yarn over, insert in next st, pull up a loop (4 loops on hook), yarn over, pull through 2 loops (3 loops on hook), yarn over, pull through last 3 loops.

** – Repeat instructions between asterisks the amount of times specified.

() – Instructions inside parenthesis are made in the same stitch.

General Information

Turn your work after each row.
The first chain or chains on each round does not count as a stitch.
Color changes are done by making the last pull through of the stitch before the color change with the new color.
If the stitch to work in is a chain, crochet around the chain.

ch 1, make 1 sc in each st until ch-2, make 1 sc in ch-2.

Row 94:

ch 2, dc2tog, ch 1, sk 2 st, 1 vst in next st *ch 1, sk 3 st, 1 vst in next st* repeat until 6 sts left on row. ch 1, sk 3 st, 1 dc in next st, ch 1, dc2tog.

Row 95:

ch 2, dc2tog, 1 dc in next st,*1 vst in next vst, ch 1* repeat until last vst on row. ch 1, 1 dc in last st on row.

Row 96:

ch 2, dc2tog, *1 vst in next vst, ch 1* repeat until last vst on row. ch 1, dc2tog.

Row 97:

ch 2, dc2tog, *1 vst in next vst, ch 1* repeat until last vst on row. 1 dc in last st on row.

Row 98:

ch 2, dc2tog, ch 1, 1 dc in next st (in ch-1), *ch 1, 1 vst in next vst* repeat until next to last vst on row. ch 1, 1 dc in next vst, ch 1, dc2tog (one st of the dc2tog is made in the last dc of the last vst).

Row 99:

ch 2, dc2tog, 1 dc in next st,*ch 1, 1 vst in next vst * repeat until last vst on row. ch 1, 1 dc in last ch-1 on row, ch 1, 1 dc in last st on row.

Row 100:

ch 2, dc2tog, 1 dc in next st,*ch 1, 1 vst in next vst * repeat until last vst on row. ch 1, dc2tog.

Row 101:

ch 2, dc2tog, 1 dc in each st until end of row.
